An extra wide bath seat that sits with two legs inside the bath and two legs outside. The user sits securely on the seat and has plenty of room to manoeuvre during a side transfer. The heavily padded seat is divided into two sections to allow for water drainage. The padded backrest provides comfort and support, while the handle can be used to assist with side transfer. Made from aluminium, the frame is strong but lightweight. May be assembled for use on either side of the bath. The legs are finished with ferrules, with the larger ones placed in the bath. External seat height adjustable from 559 to 660mm (22 to 26"). Maximum clearance from floor 610mm (24"). Seat size 700 x 406mm (271/2 x 16"). Weight 5.8kg.

This sliding transfer bath bench sits with two legs inside the
bath and two on the floor outside the bath. The user positions themselves on the seat outside of the bath, then slides the seat over the top of the bath using the handle provided.
The seat can be secured into place at either extremity of slide using a simple clip mechanism. The backrest and handle are adjustable for right or left facing baths. For extra security, a seatbelt is included and angled ferrules prevent the bench
from slipping. External seat height from floor 559 to 660mm

Bath Transfer Bench Swivelling and Sliding Ref: SDAA1572
This attractive bench has a swivelling, sliding seat, enabling a smooth, easy transfer into the bath and virtually eliminating any shearing effect on the skin. The comfortable seat and backrest can be locked into place at either extremity of slide and at 90° positions of swivel. The generously sized contoured seat has handles attached that give the user additional confidence and support when sliding across the bench. It can be easily assembled to allow for baths positioned on a left or right hand wall. The aluminium and stainless steel construction
give complete corrosion resistance. Seat size 425 x 362mm (163/4 x 141/4"). Width between handles 432mm (17").
