Log storage path \nWhen the log storage path showing a question mark "?", it would suggest that the GV main system does not have access to the specified path. \n\nWhen this happens, please make sure the Windows user account which access the GV system should have write permission to the directory. \n\nPlease kindly check if Windows disk compression is enabled as our main system application does not support compressed disk drives. \n\n2. Viewlog \nIn the event list, when the question mark "?" appears, it would suggest the recorded data you wish to view does not exist in the database. This problem may occurs when recycle option was in effect and has recycle the video file for view. \n\nIn order to remove the question mark as well as rebuild the database, please exit the main system and execute "Repair Database Utility". \n
